OPERATOR FAILURE TO FOLLOW BASIC SAFETY PRINCIPLES AND FAILURE TO RECOGNIZE POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS SITUATION. OPERATING CRANE WITH BOOM ELEVATED WHILE PASSING UNDER ENERGIZED HIGH VOLTAGE POWER LINES. ALTHOUGH NI INJURY WAS SUSTAINED-POTENTIALLY FATAL ERROR.
