AFTER 1 HOUR AT WORK HE TOLD THE FOREMAN HE HAD TO LEAVE WORK THAT HIS DOCTOR SAID HE MAY HAVE A HERNIA. EMPLOYEE NEVER CONTACTED US UNTIL 10-13-2004.
