I.NAME WAS WORKING WITH TWO OTHER MEN LOWERING A 400 HP MOTOR ON A BASE. HE WAS PLACING SHIMS ON THE BASE WHEN THE POWER HOIST WAS ACCIDENTLY LOWERED RATHER THAN RAISED. THIS ACTION CAUGHT THE MIDDLE FINGER DISTAL PHALANGE ON THE LEFT HAND
