employee was working at heights, slipped and fell at approx. 6 ft. employee was found lying on the ground in pain, 911 was called & EE was taken to the hospital at this time. All we're aware of is that EE has to have neck surgery. Due to the accident, we were unable to get a statement from the employee of what EE was doing.
