FROM INFORMATION RECEIVED IT IS APPARENT THAT INJURED WAS TRYING TO UNSTOP CRUSHER INJURED WAS USING A RUBBER HOSE TO UNSTOP SAMPLE CRUSHER RUBBER HOSE CAME OUT OF CRUSHER AND INJURED TRIED TO JUMP OUT OF WAY AS HE DID HE EXPERIENCED PAIN IN BACK
