THE EMPLOYEE WAS AT THE WELDING SHOP. HE STARTED TO CUT OPEN A BOX OF BOLTS WITH HIS POCKETKNIFE. HE APPLIED SOMUCH PRESSURE WITH HIS RIGHT HAND TO CUT THE BOX THAT HIS KNIFE WENT THROUGH THE BOX AND CUT THE PALM OFHIS LEFT HAND.
