A CONTRACTOR PICKUP TRUCK CAUGHT FIRE. THE DRIVER COULD NOT CONTAIN IT AND GOT OTHER EES TO HELP. THEY GOT A LOADER AND A DOZER. THE DOZER WAS USED TO PUSH THE BURNING TRUCK AWAY FROM TREES AN D DEBRIS. THE LOADER WAS TO BE USED TO MAKE A FIRE LINE. WHEN THEY COULDN'T CONTAIN THE FIRE, THEY WAITED FOR THE FIRE DEPT. TO EXTINGUISH THE BLAZE.

EE WAS LIFTING A SCREEN TO A SCREENING PLANT. WHEN THE EE STEPPED BACK HE STEPPED ON A CONVEYOR BELT ROLLER LYING IN THE BED OF THE TRUCK TWISTING HIS BACK. THE EE RECEIVED FIRST AID. AFTER CO NDITION CONTINUED, THE EE RETURNED FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY.
THE EE WAS ENGAGED IN DISMANTLING ACTIVITIES WITH A SCREENING PLANT WHICH REQUIRED A LOT OF BENDING & LIFTING WHEN HE FELT A PULLING SENSATION WHILE WALKING SOME TIME LATER, HE FELT A SHARP PAIN HE REPORTED THE OCCURANCE & VISITED A DR WHO DIAGNOSED A PINCHED NERVE
