INJURED CUT HAND WHILE REMOVING A BEARING FROM A SHAKER SCREEN. IN ORDER TO REMOVE THE BEARING A PIPE WAS INSERTED INTO THE BEARING HOUSING AND THE PIPE WAS LIFTED BY A GRAB HOOK FROM AN OVERH EAD CRANE. AS THE BEARING WAS BEING REMOVED THEGRAB HOOK SLIPPED AND MOVED ALONG THE PIPE HITTING THE INJURED\S HAND.
