Electrical Contractor was wiring drive for water pump when Arc Flash occurred. Contractor was working alone and doesn't remember what could have caused accident. Contractor suffered burns to arms.

Employee was using a 3/4" ratchet & socket to tighten a conveyor belt at the tail pulley. The ratchet slipped off causing the employee to fall forward hitting head/eye on guarding framework.
