THE OWNER WAS INFLATING A 10:20 TRUCK TIRE WHEN HE WAS THROWN 15 FEET IN THE AIR, WHEN THE TIRE RING BLEW OFF. HE SUSTAINED A COMPOUND FRACTURE OF THE RIGHT LEG AND A BROKEN LEFT WRIST, MULTIP LE CUTS AND ABRASIONS.
