A rock flew out of the jaw of the crusher, hit employee in left temple. He fell on his back about 6 to 8 ft to the ground.

2 EE'S WERE JUMP STARTING EUCLID ROCK TRUCK, WITH A CHARGER THAT IS DESIGNED TO JUMP STARAT A TRUCK. INJURED WAS SITTING NEAR THE BATTERIES TO HIS RT ABOUT 18". AS HE PUSHED STARTED BUTTON TO START THE TRUCK THE BATTERY EXPLODED, & KNOCKED HIM OUT THE DOOR TO THE GROUND, HE WAS KNOCKED OUT FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, TAKEN TO HOSPITALFOR CHECK UP.

LARGE PIECE OF ROCK LODGED AT THE INLET TO THE JAWS OF THE CRUSHER WORKER USES A PRY STEELBARK TO MOVE THE LARGE PIECE OF ROCK AS HE PRYED THE PIECE OF ROCK IT MOVE & FELL BACK ON HIS PRY BAR AS IT HIT THE PRY BAR IT PUSHED HIS HAND AGAINSTTHE STEEL SAFE TY RAIL CUTTING HIS NEXT TO LITTLE FINGER ON LEFT HAND & CUTTING A SMALL WOUND ON HIS FINGER
