Employee was getting sloped plant area fixing washouts and ready for hydroseeding. Employee backed up to far to an area that had a weathered berm and slid off backwards when the wet ground shifted causing the dozer to fall off an approx 7' drop. Dozer landed on the back cab and remained in vertical position. Employee suffered compressed vertebrae fracture
