THE MAN WAS HOLDING TWO PIPES TO BE FIT ONE INSIDE THE OTHER-ONE PVC-ONE METAL. BACKHOE TAPPED THE PVC PIPE CAUSING THE PIPES TO COME TOGETHER MASHING FINGER ON MANS RIGHT HAND.
