HE WAS DRIVING A BEARING RACE FROM WHEEL DRUM WITH A PUNCH AND HAMMER. A CHIP BROKE OFF THE DRIVING FACE OF THE PUNCH, STRIKING HIM IN THE LEFT CHEEK, LODGING UNDER THE SKIN. WENT TO EMERGEN CY ROOM FOR REMOVAL. HAD 3 STITCHES AND TETANUS SHOT.
