LARGE ROCK ROLLED OVER ON HIS HAND, PINCHING IT BETWEEN THE ROCK & A PLATE OF STEEL. LEFT PINKIEFINGER WAS MASHED, REQUIRING SEVEN [7] STITCHES.

EMPLOYEE WAS PRYING ON A BOULDER IN JAW CRUSHER WITH A 5 FT. PRY BAR. THE BOULDER PINCHED THE BAR, MAKING IT SWING AROUND, STRIKING HIM IN THE JAW.
HE WAS DRIVING A BEARING RACE FROM WHEEL DRUM WITH A PUNCH AND HAMMER. A CHIP BROKE OFF THE DRIVING FACE OF THE PUNCH, STRIKING HIM IN THE LEFT CHEEK, LODGING UNDER THE SKIN. WENT TO EMERGEN CY ROOM FOR REMOVAL. HAD 3 STITCHES AND TETANUS SHOT.
