HOPPER WAS BEING HYDRAULICLY LOLOWERED TO TRAVEL POSITION AND WASNT MOVING AS FREELY AS IT SHOULD.EMPL STEPPED UP ON FRAME AND GAVE IT A TUG TO HELP MOVE IT ALONG.WHEN HE PULLED IT HE ALSO LEA NED FORWARD -HOPPER MOVED WITH SLIGHT JAR HITTING HIM ON SIDE OF HEAD AND ARM BREAKING ARM AND CAUSING HIM TO FALL ON AXLE AND UNDERCARRIAGE.
