Co-worker & IE used catwalk equipment to change a screen. While using pry bar it slipped off the equipment, accidentally. The end of the pry bar contacted lip of IE and caused a small laceration. IE went to an urgent care in Stockton, CA and received 5-stitches. IE missed no work days, and has not impacted ability to work.

Miner was removing wedged cobbles and as soon as EE was able to remove the wedged cobbles one slung out and hit EE's shin.
