INJURED WAS WALKING AROUND THE EAST SIDE OF THE OVER-SIZE GRIZZLY ROD DECK TO TIGHTEN A BOLT AS HE WAS REPLACINGA WORN PIECE OF BELTING. AS HE APPROACHED THE BOLT HE HAD FORGOTTEN ABOUT THE C AT WALK ACCESS OPENING AND SLIPPED THROUGH WWITH ONE LEG AND FELL AGAINST THE SAFETY RAIL STRIKING HIS KNEE AGAINST THE UPPER DECK.
