AS HE APPROACHED THE BOLT HE HAD FORGOTTEN ABOUT THE C AT WALK ACCESS OPENING AND SLIPPED THROUGH WWITH ONE LEG AND FELL AGAINST THE SAFETY RAIL STRIKING HIS KNEE AGAINST THE UPPER DECK.
