EMP WAS SETTING A PUMP AND HOSE AT THE WEAVER QUARRY TO PUMP WATER OUT OF THE PIT. MUD WAS ABOUT KNEE DEEP AND WHEN HE PULLED HIS LEG UP OUT OF THE MUD HE SPRAINED HIS ANKLE.
