CMC Rock, LLC · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Laborer was changing V-belt on Screen. Screen was locked out. They didn't loosen the the take up enough and tried to roll the belt on the pulley and got a finger pinched requiring stitches in their right ring finger tip.
