EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING A PIECE OF BELTING FOR A BELT SCRAPER USING A BOX KNIFE ON THE WORK BENCH. WHEN THE PIECE HE WAS CUTTING SLIPPED AND HE CUT HIS HAND.

EE WAS USING ACHEATER BAR TO TIGHTEN LUG NUTS WHEN THE SOCKET BROKE. GIVING HIM A JOLT TO THE UPPER BODY.
EE WAS STARTING TO LOAD A STRUCK WITH DRY SAND. WHEN HE REACHED UP AND PULLED THE LEVER TO RELEASE THE SAND RUST FROM THE LEVER FELL INTO HIS EYE. EE WAS WEARING SAFETY GLASSES AT THE TIME.
