Plant Manager was changing the cutting edges on Loader Bucket and when taking loose from the bucket, he dropped on his foot.

MECHANIC EE WAS CHANGING THE CUTTING EDGE ON LOADER BUCKET & TRIED TO HOLD THE BOLT WITH HIS FINGER & SPIN THE NUT OFF WITH AN AIR WRENCH. THE BOLT CAME LOOSE & TURNED WITH THE NUT & THE HEAD OF THE PLOW BOLT WHICH CUT HIS FINGER.
