EMPLOYEE DESENDED FROM CRUSHER AND WAS PROCEEDING AT 0AST PACE TOWARDS CONVEYOR TO CHECK TROUBLE AND SHUT OFF WHEN HE EITHER SLIPPED AOR STEPPED ON FROZEN CHUNK TURNING ANKLE AND CAUSING BONE CHIP AND SPRAIN.
