EMPL WAS REMOVING CENTER PIN FROM AN INDUSTRIAL FRONT END LOADER WITH AN AIR DRILL WHEN IT SUDDENLY CAME LOOSE AND HIT FINGER
EMPLOYEE WAS EN1AGED IN HIS REGULAR POSITION OF FEEDING CRUSHER. HE NOTICED THAT ONE OF THE DELIVERY CONVEYORS ON STOCK PILE HAD STOPPED AND WAS SMOKING. EMPLOYEE DESENDED FROM CRUSHER AND WAS PROCEEDING AT 0AST PACE TOWARDS CONVEYOR TO CHECK TROUBLE AND SHUT OFF WHEN HE EITHER SLIPPED AOR STEPPED ON FROZEN CHUNK TURNING ANKLE AND CAUSING BONE CHIP AND SPRAIN.
