EE was stepping off the work boat onto the dredge when EE's foot slipped through the handrail of the work boat, pinning EE's leg up to the knee. EE didn't go to the clinic until 2/18/2025, they said EE has an infection in the lower part of the leg

Customer Truck Driver, Not a Miner or Contractor: A customer truck driver jumped from the top of the trailer to the ground in an attempt to confront an employee of the mine that was telling customer to get down off the top of the trailer. The driver admittedly knew it was not allowed to climb on the trailer but did so anyway.

Employee was carrying a 4'x4'x10' pontoon with a forklift when the bottom corner of the pontoon contacted the ground causing the pontoon to rotate on the forks contacting the driver side door. Employee put hand up attempting to block the pontoon causing a laceration to left hand.

Employee working from step ladder fell approximately 3.5 feet to the ground, landing on his right leg hurting his ankle. 911 was contacted, ambulance responded, and transported to local hospital. Doctors at hospital evaluated his injury and determined he had a broken ankle. Employee is currently off duty until doctor's release him to return his job.
