EE WAS WORKING ON 39L DOZER, REMOVING TRACK FROM DOZER, HE RESTED HIS LEFT HAND ON TRACK WHEN UNBOLTING, TRACK SEPARATED AND PINCHED RING FINGER BETWEEN PADS ON TRACK. HE LOST HIS NAIL AND SKI N OFF TIP AND SIDE OF FINGER.

EE WAS ASSISTING THE REMOVAL OF A BRAKE DRUM AND HUB WHEN IT CAME FREE FROM THE BRAKE SHOES. IT ROLLED IN THE PATH OF THE EE AND FELL ON HIS LEG.

THE CRUSHER WAS PLUGGED WITH A LARGE ROCK. EE WAS ASSISTING IN UNPLUGGING IT. AFTER THE CRUSHER WAS CLEAR, THE EE WAS LEAVING THAT AREA. HE PUT HIS HAND IN AN UNSAFE AREA OF THE CRUSHER AND A ROCK STRUCK HIS HAND.
