THE CRUSHER WAS PLUGGED WITH A LARGE ROCK. EE WAS ASSISTING IN UNPLUGGING IT. AFTER THE CRUSHER WAS CLEAR, THE EE WAS LEAVING THAT AREA. HE PUT HIS HAND IN AN UNSAFE AREA OF THE CRUSHER AND A ROCK STRUCK HIS HAND.

A 2" X 12" X 5' PIECE OF LUMBER WAS MOUNTED ON ACONVEYOR. IT CAME LOOSE AND WAS BOUNCING AROUND.WHEN EMP GRABBED IT A ROCK GOT WEDGED BETWEEN THE BOARD AND THE BELT AND SMASHED HIS FINGER.
