EE WAS LIFTING A GEAR BOX WHEN HE FELT A PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK, IT DIDN'T SEEM TO BOTHER HIM ENOGH TO GO SEE A DCR AT THE TIME. HE LATER WENT TO THE DR ON JAN 11 DR RELEASED HIM HE IS OK.

INJURED WAS DECENDING A FLIGHT OF STAIRS RUNNING FROM THE PIER DOWN TO THE WORKING BARGE. WHEN HE SLIPPED AND FELL INJURIN GHIS BACK AND LEFT ARM. WHEN HE GOT UP HE WENT OT THE SUPERVISOR & STATED THA THE WAS OK.
HE WAS BENDING OVER TO PICK UP A CABLE HE DID NOT ACTUALLY PICK UP THE CABLE. HE RAISED UP FROM THIS POSITION WHEN A SHARP PAIN WENT THROUGH HIS BACK.
