Employee was walking behind the surface maintenance shop when he slipped and fell on icy surface. **Management was unaware of the injury until employee's return after the scheduled shutdown for the holidays 12/22/2010 - 1/3/2011** Lost time as of 2/11 when he was scheduled to RTW, but had surgery to repair a torn ligament in his knee 2/4/11.
