Employee was taken off work 7/22/2008 due to wrist/shoulder pain. An investigation to determine if new pain was related to 6/29/08 injury. Our insurance carrier determined new pain is associated with original injury.
Conditions were normal. Employee swung a hammer at a wedge hitting the side of the wedge it bounced off and jerked his right shoulder. He said he had instant pain in his right shoulder.

EE was raising a traffic control sign on S.R.191, after the sign was secured, he was lowering his arms, he lacerated his left forearm on a 5/16 bolt used to assemble the sign.
Employee and crew were changing out a pull back cable on a t-3 rig, when the employee stuck his finger through the eye on the cable end to finish pushing the pin out. When the pin came out, the head dropped a little and the slack from the weight of the cable was released, pinching his finger in the eye of the cable end.
