Employee was carrying a bucket of tools next to their service truck parked near the 5 conveyor. LV675 drove past closely and struck the bucket in their hand causing it to swing. The employee reported to urgent care on 11/24/2023 stating that they have an injury.

EE had left hand holding the jack screw in position when it fell and the jack screw pinched their left thumb and index finger against the block.
Employee shoulder started hurting after lifting a piece of 4"" HDPE pipe.

When EE put arm out to break the fall upon impact with the ground, EE hurt right wrist.
Employee fell approximately 5 feet after not making full contact with stair on 793 power stairs. Employee hit their shoulder on the concrete and was given restrictions and not able to utilize their right arm repeatedly.

EE cleaned the cut and applied Neosporin and a band-aid to the affected finger. EE was seen at Local Urgent Care and was informed that the cut would require stiches.
A SWI employee was working on the SWMFL pad, as the employee reached for the cutters in their pocket. The open pair of cutters penetrated through the employees leather gloves causing a small laceration to the palm of the right hand.
