THEREFORE, APPROX. 1.6 MILES FROM THE REFUSE PILE THE TRUCK BED STRUCK THE OVERLAND CONVEYOR BELT XOVER AT THE TRANSFER STATION #1 CAUSING THE FATAL INJURY
