AFTER FINISHING WLEDING TANKS WERE BEING DRAINED & FOREMAN WALKED INTO SHOP TO WORK ON HOSES. FOR SOME REASON UNKNOWN TO US EMPL CLIMBED IN BETWEEN FUEL TANKS & EXPLOSION OCCURED CAUSING INSTAND DEATH. CAUSE OF IGNITION IS UNKNOWN.
