EMP WAS USING A MULTIMETER TO CHECK A 480 VOLT BREAKER. A FLASH OCCURRED WHICH CAUSED 1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD DEGREE BURNS TO THE EMP. EMP EXPIRED 6-8-97 AT 1:10AM.
