A PIECE OF DRAWROCK MEASURING APPROXIMATELY SIX FEET BY 5 FEET AND WAS THREE TO SIX INCHES THICK FELL ON VICTIM WHO WAS HELPING ON AROOF BOLTING MACHINE. THE IMPACT RESULTED IN THE VICTIM DYI NG INSTANTLY.

WHILE MAKING RE1ULAR ADVANCES IN MINING, A PIECE OF THE MINE ROOF FELL UNEXPECTEDLY ON THE MINER WITH PIECE FALLING AROUND IT. I NAME WAS SETTING TIMBERS WHEN THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED AND BECOM.. XXX BECAME CRUS2ER BENEATH THE ROCK AND WAS FATALLY INJURED.
