NEAR THE 4,000 FOOT LEVEL, ALEX, FOR S OME UNKNOWN REASON, APPEARED TO STRIKE THE SOUTH RIB, VEER TOWARDS THE CONVEYOR BELT, STRIKE BELT AND STRUCTURE APPROX. 45\ AND ROLLED OVER ON ITS LEFT SIDE.
