Security guard was spraying a Coal Truck off with a water hose at the truck wash on the Eagle Energy Haul road. As the employee was dragging the hose the hose rolled causing EE to lose EE's footing and fell causing a fracture in EE's right ankle. This injury was not a lost time and is only a medical reportable incident.
An EE was hand picking stone and placing in excavator bucket. Injured EE was observing. Injured EE just ate lunch in dump truck and was walking to where other EE was. Injured EE stepped on a log and slipped into excavator bucket with their side. Skin was not broken and there was no bleeding. We assumed it was just bruised. We later found out they injured a kidney.
