EMPLOYEE PARKED COMPANY SERVICE TRUCK NEXT TO GEN TRAILER, TRUCK ROLLED AND EMPLOYEE TRIED TO GET BACK IN TO STOP. SERVICE TRUCK SIDE SWIPED GEN TRAILER. EMPLOYEE GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN DOOR AND GEN TRAILER.
