DRIVER OF BULLDOZER WAS WORKING AT EDGE OF LAKE "PADDING" THE SLIP FACE FOR THE DRAGLINE USED BY RINKER, WHEN BULLDOZER FELL INTO LAKE RESULTING IN DEATH TO DRIVER.
