ON 1/10/00 AT APP 1:30 PM I AND WORKER WAS SERVICING THE SCREENING PLANT WHEN FOOT FEEDER ON THE RUBBER TIRE LOADER HUNG. I THEN ATTEMPTED TO BEND OVER TO RELEASE THE FOOT FEEDER WHEN MY SHOUL DER BUMPED INTO THE BUCKET CONTROL LEVER CAUSING BUCKET TO TILT.
