DOZER WENT OVER SLOPE GOT SADDLEBAGGED ON ROCK CAUSING LOSS OF CONTROL BLADE HIT STUMP CAUSING DOZER TO FLIP END FOR END. OPERATOR EJECTED CAUSING DEATH.
