EMPLOYEE WAS A PASSENGER IN NO. 332 BELT UNTILITY VECHICLE WHICH WAS PROCEEDING DOWN NO. 10 SLOPE IN OUR UNDERGROUND OPERATIONS. THE DRIVER WAS APPARENTLY DISTRACTED AND THE VEHICLE STRUCK THE PILLAR AT BOTTOM OF THE SLOPE. ALTHOUGH THE TOXICOLOGY REPORTS HAVE NOT BEEN FINALIZED, WE HAVE RECEIVED VERBAL INFORMATION FROM THE STATE MEDICAL INVESTIGATOR OFFICE THAT THE DRIVER MAY HAVE
