WHILE ATTEMPTING TO REPAIR ONE PHASE OF THE 480 VOLT, THREE-PHASE AC CIRCUIT TO THE MAIN VENTILATING FAN FROM THE TOP OF THE UNITIZED SUSTATION, THE VICTIM WAS FATALLY INJURED WHEN HE APPARENT LY CAME IN CONTACT WITH AN ENERGIZED 4160 VOLT AC CIRCUIT.
