EMP HAD RAISED THE RAIL APPROX 4 INCHES TO DO REPAIR WORK. AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED HE LOWERED THE RAIL, THE RAIL CAME IN TONTACT WITH A RAIL SPIKE BAR. THE RAIL BAR STRUCK THE EMPLOYEE I N THE R LOWER JAW
