THE VICTIM WAS OPERATING A FRONT END LOADER BUCKING A 40\-50\ HIGHWALL TRYING TO BRING THE HIGHWALL IN. THE HIGHWALL FELL & BURIED THE VICTIM & TH ELOADER.
