VICTIM WAS APPARENTLY TIGHTENING NUTS ON A NEW CYCLE METER ON A RUNNING ELECTRICAL GENERATOR. HIS OTHER HAND CONTACTED THE METAL FRAME OF THE GENERATOR MAKING A CURRENT PATH THROUGH HIS BODY SULTING IN ELECTROCUTION. THERE WERE NO WITNESSES. ABOVE INFORMATION GLEANED FROM BODY POSITION PHYSICAL EVIDENCE ON THE GENERATOR & HURNS ON HANDS.
