EMPL CLIMBED UP A SAND STORAGE PILE.THE EMPL EITHER FELL OR ENTERED PILE AND WAS TRAPPED WHEN SAND CAVED IN.EMPL WAS AWARE THAT THIS WAS AGAINST COMPANY POLICY.
