EE WAS TESTING LOW VOLTAGE BUSHINGS WHILE ON HI S KNEES ON AN UNSTABLE SURFACE. WHEN HE LEANED FORWARD THE PLATES HE WAS ON TIPPED HIM FORWARD INTO THE OIL CONTACTER. HE STUCK OUT HIS HANDS TO CATCH HIS BALANCE & PUT HIS HANDS ON 2 OF THE HIGH VOLTAGE BUSHINGS.
