THE VICITM WAS 9LECTRICUTED WHEN HE GOT INTO 4160 POWER INSIDE A BELT CABINET. IT IS UNKNOWN WHY THE VICTIM WAS IN THE CABINET HE WAS A BELT SHOVELER.
