AN INDEPENDENT 7ONTRACT TRUCK DRIVER HAD DUMPED HIS LOAD OF COAL AND PULLED FORWARD A FEW FEET FROM THE PILE WHEN HE APPARENTLY STOPPED HIS TRUCK TO CHECK THE TAILGATE. THE END LOADER BACKED UP AND THE DRIV9R WAS PINNED BETWEEN THE VEHICLES
