I.NAME HAD ATTE4PTED TO REMOVE THE HIGH VOLTAGE PLUG FROM THE HUBBEL-ENSIGN SECTION LOAD CENTER (TRANSFORMER) UNABLE TO DO SO HE DECIDED TO REMOVE THE RECEPTACLE HIGH VOLTAGE LEADS FROM WITHIN THE LOAD CENTER1 AS HE REACHED INSIDE THE LEAD CENTER, HE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
