NO EYEWITNESS-A7CIDENT STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION BY STATE & FED.AUTHORITIES.OCCURRED AT LOADING POINT OF NORTH MAIN SECTION WHEN TRAM CONTROLS OF SHUTTLE CAR STUCK IN CLOSED POSITION CAUSING I T TO GO OUT OF 7ONTROL.VICTIMS HEAD POSITIONED OUTSIDE CANOPY WAS SQUEEZED BETWEEN COAL RIB AND CANOPY SUPPORT.COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED IT SC HAD BEEN MAINTAINED IN SAFE OPERATING CONDITION.
