I NAME ATTEMPTE8 TO START A 440 V POWER BOX BY TAKING THE COVER OFF THE BOX AND PUTTING HIS HAND INTO THE BOX, MAKING CONTACT WITH THE POWER SOURCE IN THE BOX AND THE METAL OIL LINES BEHIND HI M CAUSING A DIR9CT LINE THROUGH HIS BODY. THE ACCIDENT WAS FATAL.
